Who we are

This website (prismpathdigital.com) is operated by Prism Path Digital LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Pittsburgh, PA (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us at [email protected].

What this site collects

This site is informational. It doesn’t use analytics, tracking pixels, first- or third-party advertising cookies, or any tool that identifies you individually. We collect no personal information from visitors browsing the site.

Third-party fonts

The site loads two web fonts from third-party servers: Inter (from rsms.me) and Fraunces (from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font makes a standard HTTP request to those servers, which they may log. We don’t share any information with them beyond what any browser sends when fetching a stylesheet or font file.

If you email us

If you write to us at one of the addresses above, we’ll receive the contents of your message, your email address, and whatever other information you choose to include. We use that information only to reply, and we don’t share it.

Children’s privacy

This is a corporate site, not a product for children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through this site. Our education product Mathory has its own privacy policy that addresses students under 13 specifically — visit mathory.co for that.

Our products

Our software products (Mathory, TaskTastic, CruiseCrew) each publish their own privacy policies. Those apply when you use those products.

Your rights

If you’re in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA — including the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you. Since we don’t collect personal information from visitors browsing this site, there’s typically nothing to provide. If you’ve emailed us and want us to delete that correspondence, write to [email protected] and we’ll comply within 30 days.

How long we keep things

Email correspondence: up to 24 months, then deleted unless you’ve asked us to keep it longer or we need it to comply with law.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects your rights, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you’ve accepted it.
